Information on the processing of personal data under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), for the website kingior.com.

2. Data we process

  • Data you provide through the contact form: name, email address, message content and confirmation that you have read this notice.
  • Browsing data: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and technical browser data, processed by the hosting provider in server logs for the operation and security of the site.
  • Data collected by third-party services (SoundCloud, Instagram, Tally), described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering contact, booking and collaboration requests: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and consent (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Site security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Loading third-party content (SoundCloud, Instagram, Tally): consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Providing the form data is optional, but without it we cannot answer your request. Data is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Recipients

Messages sent through the form are handled by Tally (tally.so), acting as a data processor on behalf of the controller. Data may also be processed by the site’s hosting provider and the controller’s email provider. Data is neither disclosed nor sold.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (for example SoundCloud, Meta/Instagram) may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise them write to kingior@libero.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
